Where's Alice?
When she’s not writing, Alice participates in activities related to her writing such as appearing at book signings, entering wriiting contests, and attending/teaching at writers conferences. In the past few weeks, she’s done the following:
Book Award
At the Blue Lake Christian Writers Conference in March, Alice received a Christian Indie Award for her book, God Adopted Us First: Faith Lessons From An Adoption Attorney's Adventures. She tied for third place in the devotional category.

Selling Books
Alice and members of her Word Weavers chapter took part in a vendor fair at the local high school to sell their books. They had fun talking to customers and petting the cute dogs, like Daisy the Dachshund wearing sunglasses, that accompanied them.
Turn Your Radio On!
While at Blue Lake Christian Writers Conference in March, Alice participated in two radio interviews. She enjoyed speaking with Bob Crittendon of Faith Radio and Terri Wilhite of WOW Radio about her adoption devotional, God Adopted Us First: Faith Lessons From An Adoption Attorney's Adventures. She shared some of her adoption adventures as well as her views about the connection between faith and adoption.
